Nosebleeds
Think about it for a second: why tilt your head back? What possible medical reason could there be? You end up swallowing blood and it sure as hell won’t help it clot faster. Don’t do it - it’s a bad idea.
More importantly, and I really, really mean this, don’t tell me to do it. Even more importantly: don’t attempt to physically ‘show’ me how to tilt my head backwards when I’m bleeding. It’s difficult, but not impossible, for me to both bleed from my face and kick your ass for what is essentially an assassanitation attempt.
