Last-minute London Tweetup ‘09
This Thursday there will be a miniature, last-minute tweetup / twarty / twoirée in old London town. Myself, Missy Jenkins and young Jason Permenter will be meeting up at Shunt, by London Bridge Underground station, at 7pm and enjoying a few quiet drinks, followed almost certainly by several loud ones.
Shunt is a bar within the eaves of the Underground station itself, as well as an art installation-type place. Last time I went I got to sit in a caravan, see a guy sculpt sand-penii and watch some trapeze-artists, all for the glorious entry fee of £5. You will need photo ID to get in, regardless of age.
