Caught this on Reddit and though, you know, “That’s just the Daily Mail, sure” but now a few more mainstream media outlets are carrying it and once mad-thoughts blogged it I figured it was worth noting.
Weird faceless people, apparently part of a viral media campaign, have been seen at a few public events recently, with an appearance at Wimbledon getting them into the news ether. I’d love it if this was an Anonymous-esuqe protest against CCTV society, but odds are good it’s just a campaign for Nike or something suitably corporate.
Update: Turns out it’s a campaign for Lotus.
