The coffeeshop I’m working in today has a large chalkboard along the wall that lists their profit margins, takings, overheads, and net profit on a weekly basis.  It’s rather amazing, and a fascinating insight into the workings of a coffeeshop. (£600 a month on coffee-machine repayments. Huh.)
